Allows BlackBerry users and carriers (e.g. AT&T) to back up, protect (lock, password reset), and locate their BlackBerry device

Contribution

Contributed to every stage of the project from user experience design to UI testing
Created interaction design for inclusion of BlackBerry Protect features in the Carrier Administration Tool (device lock, ring, backup, display message on device screen)
Created users stories in collaboration with product, privacy and architect teams
Conducted usability testing (created users session plans, ran user sessions, collected the data, analyzed the findings, created recommendations to improve user experience, presented results of the studies to the product and development groups)
Reviewed UX proposals and provided constructive feedback.
